School Of Sonotherapy is dedicated to making vibrational medicine accessible to health practitioners of all backgrounds in order to increase the impact of their work. The following course is focused on demonstrating the practical application of sound therapy. 1. Take some time and listen to your tuning fork frequencies.
Take note of how each frequency or frequency combo makes you feel.
Where in your physical body are you sensing it?
Where in your energetic body are you sensing it?
2. Practice activating your tuning forks.
Practice soft, medium and hard activation.
Which force feels most natural for you?
Take notice of the differences.
Does the activation sound clanky?
If so, practice until the activation sounds clean.
If you have a table-top and leg-strap activator, take turns practicing with each of them.
The tuning forks should feel like an extension of your hands.
Activating them should eventually come naturally and gracefully.
As with any musical instrument, you should practice playing your tuning forks regularly.
